We always start with a one on one discovery call. We talk about your business goals and timeline. We prepare a custom proposal that includes deliverables, investment costs and a detailed service agreement. If we are a good fit, we will send you a contract and invoice.
After your contract is signed and you've paid your booking invoice, we will schedule an online strategy consultation via Zoom.

During this consultation, we will map your unique online strategy. We will define your brand personality and research on your target audience so that you can make personalised connections.
We will uncover your mission, vision and gain insight into long and short term goals.
STRATEGY AND DESIGN CONSULTATION
DEVELOPMENT &
BRAND CREATION
Our discussions and your responses to an intensive creative brief will inspire a visual inspiration moodboard with a color palette that will help set the tone visually for your new brand personality.
Each piece of your branding will be crafted with precision and attention to detail. Each concept is created by hand, starting with sketches which are then transformed into clean and neat digital designs for your company. Here, you will have an opportunity to provide direct feedback about the design concepts.
APPLICATION
Now that your branding is ready to go, we'll be moving on to your collateral pieces. You brand's new signature will permeate every piece we will create for you, including business cards and custom website graphics.
We will work on your website design mockups. Once the design is approved, we will move forward with the development and setup behind the scenes.
During this final project phase, we will make sure you have received all of your finalised design files.
We will walk you through your new web experience via recorded screen-share
one hour tutorial to teach you the back-end of your site and launch graphics to promote your new brand and website on social media. Finally, it's time to launch and celebrate!
WRAP UP & LAUNCH
Our work together, from initial dialogue through implementation of your new branding elements and website, will span approximately four to eight weeks.
Once the project ends, Essence Creative Studio remains available for technical support and questions. For all your ongoing projects, website maintenance, newsletters and promotional graphics, we offer ongoing monthly support to have direct access to the Essence Creative Studio.
